Ron & Bernice were married in Weyburn Saskatchewan January 1959, and moved to British Columbia in 1967.
They have 2 children, Darrell and Debbie and 5 grandchildren.

 Bernice accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her personal Lord and Saviour in 1963.  She served the Lord with furvour even though Ron wasn't excited about her new love for Christ. After moving from the praries she joined the Aglow chapter where her new Aglow friends helped her pray Ron into the Kingdom of God in 1971.  Ron was raddically saved!  His passion for God's Word became very evident to all. If God said it, he believed it :) 
Ron made a small sign, "This house is open for prayer".  People would come off the streets where Ron & Bernice were unwittingly launched into praying for the sick, deliverance and encouraging the body of Christ.  Ron didn't just lay hands on people - he prayed over sick trees, animails and broken down vehicles.  God moved with signs and wonders with many wonderful testimonials.  

In 1975 the family packed up the car and moved to Tulsa Oklahoma to pursue God's calling on their lives. Ron and Bernice graduated from Bible School in 1976, they returned to Canada to pastor a small church in Abbotsford, BC Canada.   In 1979, the vision God had given to them while in bible school came to fruition. They pioneered a Bible Training Center, Church and Christian school.

In 1983 they felt God leading them to reach, teach and mobilize pastors and lay leaders overseas. They conducted mini-bible schools in the Philippines and Hong Kong. God gave them favor with every people group they had the privilege of teaching. They have ministered in Aglow, crusades, conferences and churches.  God began to open up many doors throughout Asia and Africa, with signs and wonders following.

During a ministry trip to Kenya Africa, Bernice was challenged with a severe medical condition, and in 1998 Ron was diagnosed with colon cancer. God has given Ron a clean bill of health. However, they ask for your prayers as Bernice continues fighting the good fight of faith, walking in her healing daily.

Darrell & Shannon have carried on with the same desire for missions and in April 2009, they moved to Davao City, Mindano for a 2 year commitment.

 Although they don't travel as much as they used to, they feel very priviledged to know that what God had called them to; "reach, teach and mobilize" continues through the next generation.
